‘Ananda Mantra Mala’ is a collection of mantras & music recorded by Gandarva & the Master Swami Yogaswarupananda of ‘Shivananda Ashram – The Divine Life Society – Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy’ of Rishikesh, Himalaya, India. For the first time some Vedic Hyms such as the ‘Purusha and Narayana Suktam’, ‘Aditya Hridayam’, and the Mantras of Saturn have been recorded from the voice and heart of an authentic Master of Yoga and Swami of deep spiritual realization. Swami Yogaswarupananda, with the music interwoven by Gandarva, guides us in a journey through our inner worlds starting from individual consciousness with Mantras of the Guru, of Saturn, and of Wisdom of Solar Energy, reaching the supreme peaks of Divine Immanency with the ‘Purusha Suktam’ – theUniversal Form Visvaswarupa – and of Trascendence with the Narayana Suktam-Hymn to the Absolute – to come down again, like a shower of blessings, on the earth and above all living creatures with the ‘Shanti Mantras’ – Mantras of Peace and Happyness and the Mantra of the Great Victory over Death of Lord Shiva, the Cosmic Yoghi. Listening and reciting these mantras, imbued with Divine Power -Shakti- and with the spiritual energy of innumerable sages who chant them from time immemorial, help us to perceive every sound in its essence of pure vibratory cosmic energy which permeates every cell, the stars, the planets and all the universes. The CD is included inside a 72 pages booklet (CD format), full colour, with the transliteration from the original Sanscrit text and translation in English and Italian of all the Mantras, so allowing their recitation .
