| Active since 2002, Schultz really took off in 2006 when this solo-project joined Vdrey, a talented and on-stage performer, who was herself looking for a musician to perform with. The result is a hard mix between hard techno drones and pure industrial, distorted sounds. The compositions remain instrumental and hard pumping like what you might expect from techno. The industrial sounds emerge a bit more at the forefront on some of the absolute high lights of this album. I’m referring to tracks like “Organik”, “Musik is breaking my head” and the intro (which is more industrial) “Willkommen”. We also get 2 cool remixes to finish the album. First there’s a techno-beating remix of “Willkommen” by Datarape and next a well-crafted remix of “Criminal” by Works. “BioMeKaniKal” is an album that can be played in the underground scene and technoclubs as well!
